3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal activity on z77 must comply with the applicable terms and conditions. Every financial transaction is processed through secure channels.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Maximum single deposit limit: BDT 5,00,000.
• Accepted methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, USDT, Bitcoin, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Standard wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets cannot generally be cancelled once placed, unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Live bet odds may change after a match has started.

Cash Out

Cash Out is available on selected bets. The Cash Out value is determined by z77 and varies according to market conditions. The Cash Out option may not always be available.

Maximum Win Limit

• The maximum win limit for a single bet is set individually for each event.
• Accumulator bets pay out up to BDT 5,000,000.
• Z77 reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z77 platform. Violations of these terms and conditions will result in account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Match Fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event for unfair gain.
• Using z77 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Z77 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is a core part of z77's terms and conditions.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to deactivate your account for 6 months or permanently.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

10 Service Suspension & Account Closure

• Z77 may close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or server downtime.
